Terms & Conditions – Cancellation and Refund Policy

Welcome to Owncover. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it—only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, email us immediately at info@owncover.com with your order number.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos as proof.
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit, based on your preference.

3. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns or offer replacements only if:

The product was damaged during shipping
You received the wrong item
The product is defective or unusable

To qualify:

Item must be unused and returned in original packaging
A request must be made within 7 days of delivery
You must provide photo evidence of the issue

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

Personalized or custom-made phone covers
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Items not returned in original packaging

To request a return or replacement:

Attach clear images of the product and packaging
We will assess your request and respond with next steps

6. Shipping Costs

If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Owncover covers all return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for the shipping fees.
